All of our parents are health tested to ensure that your puppies will live long healthy lives. We do offer a 1-yr genetic health guarantee for an extra layer of peace of mind. We believe that you aren't adopting just a pet, but a new family member. So we ensure that your new family will be healthy well before they are conceived.
All of our parents are CKC and/or AKC registered. For your convenience, we have already registered the entire litter! When the goldendoodle puppies are ready to go home you can fill out the registration application and have a CKC registered goldendoodle. CKC will then send you a certificate and other goodies for you and your pup. Including a free 6-week online puppy training course!
Be sure to check in on our CKC-registered Goldendoodle puppies every day. We are on all the social platforms! You can find us on Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, and YouTube. Our social tag is @poodledoodleteam
We are more than happy to do VideoCalls or FaceTimes with you and your chosen pup.
We remove our goldendoodle puppy's dew claws. This is so that when the puppy gets older you won't have to worry about dewclaws getting stuck, ripped off, or accidentally removed during grooming. This can be a very traumatic experience for you and your family, we feel it's best avoided.
By the time your puppy is ready to go home at 8 weeks, she/he will have his/her first round of DHPP Vaccines, Microchip, and De-worming from the Waccamaw Vet located in Conway, SC. The puppy is also thoroughly examined to ensure that they are ready for their new homes. Your puppy will still need more vet visits and vaccines when you take him/her home, so be sure to find a veterinarian that is a good fit for you and your family.
We want to make sure that your pup is ready for your home and the strangeness of the outside world. ENS was developed for service/working dogs. It starts when the pups are just 3 days old. We handle the pups in 5 positions that gently release a stress response. This has been proven to aid your puppy as an adult to respond better in stressful situations, develop stronger problem-solving skills, and may have a stronger immune system.
Our goldendoodle puppies will be very familiar with going potty on a grass pad near the back door. They will have started going outside by the time you take him/her home and will relate bells to going outside.
At 6 weeks we start crate training the pups, this will help them adjust to their new homes. Kenneling is great, dogs are den animals and they enjoy having their own space. Crate training will benefit your dog for grooming, boarding, and being home alone.
As a new Goldendoodle owner, you are going to have to routinely groom your new puppy every 4-6 weeks. We try to make this service as easy as possible for both you and your puppy. Starting at 3 weeks your puppy will be introduced to nail trimming and grinding. At 4 weeks they will be introduced to their first bath and blow dry. In week 5 we will do our first introductory puppy trim consisting of trimming the Face, Feet, and Fanny. We also introduce hair and teeth brushing. Week 7 your puppy will get another bath, blow dry, and puppy trim. We recommend a professional groom at 10 weeks. You will want your puppy to be as comfortable with grooming as possible to reduce the likelihood of incidents.
When the goldendoodle puppies are three weeks they will have developed their hearing and eyesight. From this point until the puppy goes home we will be doing our sensory education. This consists of playing noises including fireworks, vacuums, sirens, dogs barking, loud thuds, kids playing, and more. We will also have them walk on different surfaces including tile, carpet, vinyl, bubble wrap, aluminum foil, towels, plastic bags, and more. Our goal is to develop puppies that will not be afraid of what life throws at them. We also want to create a pup that will develop into a great service dog if needed by its owner.
At 6 weeks we start introducing the goldendoodle puppies to new people. This includes adults and children. We also start introducing new dogs, this is to help your puppy gain confidence when meeting new friends. With every litter, your pup will have interacted with a minimum of 7 adults, 3 children, and 3 fully vaccinated/healthy dogs of different sizes.
Both Sire and Dam will show Embark Genetics, Pedigree, and CKC registered information. Dam will also have additional AKC certification/pedigree.
We believe it is important to breed healthy pups and we do so by purchasing our Dam and Sire by reputable breeders and health testing/registering our dogs.
Inside you will find a weeks worth of Puppy Food, Vet and Health Information, Blanket that Smells Like Mamma, Poop Bags, Starter Grooming Tools, Collapsible Water Bowl for the Ride Home, and your Pups Favorite Toy.
